Dominican University held its Spring 2024 Career Fair on Thursday, February 29th. The fair had a record turnout with more than 360 students and 33 employers in attendance. The Office of Career Programs & Employer Relations would like to thank our sponsors: IAA, Paylocity, Guggenheim, DHJJ, Morningstar, Wintrust, Discover, and Chicagoland CPAs.
This was Dominican’s first career fair in the Igini Sports Forum. This larger layout encouraged more meaningful interactions and networking opportunities. We are looking forward to future fairs in this space!
Congratulations to Gabriel Perez for winning the Career Fair raffle! The prize included a DU-branded backpack, padfolio and notebook, umbrella, mug, and pen. A freshman majoring in finance, Gabriel spoke to employers like Discover and Kenneth Young about summer internships and job shadowing opportunities.
