Eric Borsche is the Assistant Director of Student Employment & Internships in Dominican University’s Office of Career Programs & Employer Relations. Eric manages business internships, as well as Non-Employment-Based Opportunities (NEBO). He also teaches career practicum credit courses. Previously, Eric was a Learning and Development Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply where he created and facilitated training content for all current employees and new hires. He earned his MBA from Elmhurst University with a specialization in Data Science.
