This course provides a structured opportunity for Criminology majors to master Dominican’s S.T.A.R. approach to written and verbal professional communication, including interviewing, resume writing, and job search-related communications. They also improve their networking and relationship-building skills. Additionally, upon completion of the CliftonStrengths assessment, students explore their skills, values, and interests to help solidify potential careers and secure an internship for their junior year. The course culminates with a mock interview event in which professionals interview students and students practice networking. Prerequisite(s): Criminology Major
